Refund policy

We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in its original packaging and in the same condition that you received it. You will also need your order confirmation or proof of purchase. You must also pay to post it back.

If your return is accepted, we will provide instructions on how and where to send your item. Returns sent without contacting us first may not be accepted.

Damaged or incorrect items

Please inspect your order when it arrives and contact us as soon as possible if your item is damaged, faulty or incorrect so we can resolve the issue quickly.

Non-returnable items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Sale items

  • Gift cards

  • Personalised or custom-made products

  • Used items not in their original condition

Exchanges

The quickest way to exchange an item is to return the original item and place a new order once the return has been approved.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will let you know whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 5–10 working days. Please note that your bank or payment provider may take additional time to process the refund.
